Tahoe Sands Resort Tahoe Vista, Tahoe Vista

I had a very mixed experience at this resort. While I appreciated the improvements in the property's appearance and the spacious layout, I was disappointed with the condition of the cabin we stayed in. The location by the lake is a major plus, but access to the amenities could be more convenient for families. Overall, it has potential but needs some work in certain areas.

Tahoe Sands Resort is an amazing getaway right on the beach with stunning views of Lake Tahoe. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay feel special. While we enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding, it was unfortunate that our initial room was not up to par, and the location across the street from the beach was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place to enjoy outdoor activities, but I would recommend avoiding the converted motel rooms.
